Name: Elizabeta "Eliza" Héderváry
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Year: 6
Lineage: Half-blood
House: 1st. Gryffindor / 2nd. Hufflepuff
Subjects:
- Potions
- Herbology
- Defence Against the Dark Arts
- Transfiguration
- Charms
- History of Magic
- Astronomy
- Study of Ancient Runes
- Care of Magical Creatures
- Apparition Lessons
Appearance: Elizabeta has long, wavy brown hair and, to add some womanly charm, she owns a collection of flower pins to wear in it. Her eyes are bright green and she stands at five foot four inches tall. As of 3rd year, she wears the proper skirt uniform and, despite her earlier boyish ways, now has the obvious body of a, albeit athletic, girl.
Pet: A small black cat named Gary
Personality:
A lovely little flower with sharp thrones, Elizabeta is a courageous and reliable young lady with an optimistic outlook on life. She enjoys flying high and being in good company. When it comes to the younger students, she's very much a big sister and takes much pleasure in looking out for them. When it comes to the people she likes, her will to protect them is second to none. She always tries to treat everyone kindly and without insult, but in truth, her patience can only take so much.
When push comes to shove, she either counters with a sardonic attitude or with something more physically painful. This in part because of her past habits of being a reckless tomboy. In fact, she's sometimes more manly than many of the boys at Hogwarts. But like with all things she does in life, when she came to terms that she had to be a girl, she took the change in stride and insists on being a lady now for the most part.
She never fights to prove her strength, but to fend off bullies that harass her or her friends, to whom loyalty takes the place of her own ambitions. When it comes to Quidditch, she's quite the contender, and when it comes to her studies, she'll do her best. Elizabeta has a poor track record for taking the win consistantly, however, she always give the challenger a run for his money. She enjoys adventure and playing rough, but will not tolerate a cheater or a bully.
Elizabeta is also quite a romantic and has a habit of reading romance novels on the sly, such as slipping them between the pages of her open textbooks when she is supposed to be studying. As girlish or tough as she can be, she can also be a bit of a pervert. (She has little shame in peeking, although being caught would embarrass her.) Because she used to think she was a boy and also had a crush on another boy at the time, she's highly entertained by boy couples. Nonetheless, her optimism for having a happy future of her own keeps her studying hard and keeping her head held high through the good and bad situations in life.
Dreams: To become either a professional Quidditch player or a Healer
Other things: She owns a Cleansweep Eleven broomstick.
Sample Post:
The potion simmered and stubbornly looked far too green to be considered blue. Or was it supposed to be yellow? Elizabeta looked down at her textbook again. Her side notes were neat and legible but, to her surprise, incomplete. It looked as though she had gotten distracted halfway through and simply called it quits. That was impossible, of course, because after their last potion's class and her dismal potion result, she had actually tried to prepare in advance by writing keywords on the side, like stir count and color changes.
Oh, she realized with a grimace, that would have been the Exploding Snap game, wouldn't it...
Peeking over at a cauldron that she knew tended to have good results, she hastily wrote down in her textbook light blue/green/aquamarine--she honestly needed a color wheel--just as the professor called out: "You should be adding in your final ingredients now." Dropping her quill, she scooped up the nicely peeled Shrivelfigs and delicately dropped them into the potion, which turned a forest green rather than the desired lime. Not good.
She looked again at the good cauldron with longing. Checking over her shoulder to see that the professor was across the room, she pretended to smooth out her skirt while she asked the student under her breath: "Did you add the Shrivelfigs before or after you stirred eleven times?"
